Subscriptions & Cancellation

A subscription is a standing order: a bundle of research reference materials, or a membership, billed automatically on the schedule you chose when you signed up, at the price shown to you at that time. Card payment is collected by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.

We email you about three days before each scheduled charge, showing the amount and the date. If the price of your subscription is ever going to change, we tell you by email before the change applies to you, so you can cancel first.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee. Sign in, open Account → Subscriptions, and choose Cancel. You can also email contact@vertpeptides.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you and confirm by reply.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again. If you cancel or pause a membership, your member pricing and free shipping continue until the end of the month you have already paid for. A cycle you have already been charged for is not refunded and ships as normal; once it ships, our Returns & Refunds policy applies to it.

If you want a break rather than an ending, the same page lets you pause the subscription or skip the next cycle. Nothing is charged while a subscription is paused, and you can resume it whenever you like.

If a scheduled charge does not go through, we email you and the subscription stops: nothing more is charged or shipped until it is paid. To carry on, open Account → Subscriptions, update your card, and choose Pay now. You can update your card there at any time, and email us if you need help.

Subscriptions are subject to the same terms as every order: all products are sold for in-vitro research use only, and the Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds policy apply.
